I'm beginning to see a trend here.
Anyway, I'll spare you the run down of our schedules...and just get to the questions today. I have another (yearly traditional) post coming up tonight. :)
1. Would you grow your hair out to donate it?
In theory, I'd love to.
However, I die my hair. I process my hair. I'm crazy about NOT having a short do....so, chances are slim that would actually come to fruition.
2. What song makes you think of summer?
"Summer of '69"
I like the beat. :)
"I got my first real 6-string...ooooohhhh, at the 5 and dime. Played it 'til my fingers bled. Was the summer of '69."

3. Are you a flip flops or sandals kind of person?
Sandals, sandals, sandals!
There are few feelings I loathe more than that thong going up between my toes. Plus, I feel like they're about to fall off all the time, and by the end of an hour, my foot muscles hurt from trying to "hold on" to those darn things.
I really enjoy sandals most. Tevas, please.
4. Favorite summer treat (ie ice cream, snow cones, etc)?
I really really like ice cream. But, when it gets really hot, I want something icy, not creamy.
There used to be this little hut-of-a-place in a town not far from where I grew up. They sold Hawiian Shaved Ice. I ALWAYS got watermelon flavor...it was light, airy and totally sweet. Oh, I have VERY fond memories of that place in the summer. That place hasn't been open for years. I miss it. :(
5. Do you do something special for the father of your children?
Of course, we will. We normally do. Dave isn't the kind of guy who wants (or desires) a lot of pomp and circumstance surrounding him, but he does enjoy a little recognition. So, we'll do some small-ish gifts, a special breakfast...and I'll let him pick what's for dinner. :) Simple and sweet.

they have flip flops that do not have those ignoring thongs that everyone hates. they have gotten better with the material.

Great answers, I agree with the not wanting creamy when it's really hot! Another thing that bugs me about flip flops is if you have a blow out. I buy nicer ones now, but when I was a kid it was always the el cheapo ones and the toe part would pull out by mid summer.
