Last week, C. and I...
...went outside after our light...dusting...
...you know...since it was warmer and all...
C. insisted...
...on wearing his brother's snow suit...
...which made him look more like an oompa loompa than a toddler...
C. played...
..like it was summer.
I got snow in my boot.
C. discovered he may be too big for the slide next summer.
C. liked to say,
"Mommy, look at me!"
The trees...
...moaned and whispered in the wind.
Molly...
...went crazy with pent up energy.
I started...
...craving s'mores.
We both discovered...
...snow can be as fun as sand...
...and you don't have to love snow...
to love winter in Michigan.

(Actually, after the "I got snow in my boot." I really thought the next would be something like "...we went back indoors!"
Love how pretty the snow looks, but I am a big fat wimp when it comes to cold temps!
