Some more S'more, please.

D and I had some totally awesome friends over for dinner last night.

We're slowly adding to our repertoire of couples that we BOTH love spending time with.

This couple is one of them.

We love them.

They're awesome.

Enter a conversation she and I had last week about dessert.

"You know, we discovered eating s'mores with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups turns out really good."

I started to salivate.

(Reese's cups are gluten free!!!)

(Graham crackers are not.  :(  )

Anyway....

We got through dinner...

..merely because it's just a means to an end for dessert

Right?

Enter:  the goods.

and my poor tired little one

the men started the fire.
Marshmallows were toasted.

So, apparently, the trick to the Reese's PB Cups is to surround them on the cracker with a marshmallow on top and one on the bottom.

Enjoy.
and enjoy some more.

then grab a friend and enjoy some more.
Then smile for the camera.

Cause mommy thinks your face looks just *too* cute covered in s'more.

hers too.  :)

Thank you so much for the comment, regarding my illness/sleep/gluten. I try to eat natural, organic foods with a great deal of fruits. I've been on many diets in eight years, this helped the most.

As for sleep, it's very hard to sleep with 9-10 level pain so I'm lucky for the 4 hours. This medication may change that (doctor told me it would be a week to two weeks before it starts to fully work and it aids in my sleep). :) Thanks for your compassion and care.
Best-
Amanda

Thanks Sandy for your comment! Oh no, I've never tried that, we just used PB and chocolate! We have those "pudgy pie" makers where you use bread...Maybe we can do this in the last days we have of summer vacation!
