Halloween 2008

I love this time of year! I love the colors on the trees, the crisp air, and all the things we do as a family. This is our timeline from the past week starting with carving pumpkins.
Adam is ready to go!
Colin isn't sure of the goop.
Adam doesn't like the goop either!

The finished products. Mine (and Colin's) is the little one in the middle. Adam's is on the right. Dave's is the politically sponsored pumpkin urging you to "say no to the O."

Marianne, do you recognize this?
Colin wore this during the day.
On Thursday, Adam had his Halloween party at school.
This is the kids lining up for the Halloween parade with the other preschool class and kindergarten. They got to ring noisemakers to make sure the WHOLE school heard them coming down the hallway.

During the parade. Miss Lauren, his teacher, is the FHC baseball player behind him.

Mommy posing with Super Why!

The firestation has a party before (and during) trick-or-treating. They boys stopped to pose.

Aren't they CUTE?!?!?

Adam had to pose next to the cruiser. He is saying "Hi, Uncle Dan!"

Colin and Elise....sooooo cute!

The Hops at the Galloway's house getting ready for trick-or-treating.

Walking to the first house....
Colin seems to be holding his own....

After the first house, Colin really didn't need anymore assistance in trick-or-treating! He did this house all on his own. The only thing Dave and I needed to do was keep him out of everyone's garages! After a while, he got tired and we ended up carrying him...but he put forth a GREAT effort!

Adam at the door. Those kids RAN everywhere!

Looks like you guys had a blast! Adam looked very proud of his costume and Colin made an adorable giraffe!
