The BIG spatula

When I was little, my grandma used to take us home with her after church so my mom could finish some obligations she had on Sunday mornings. We had a blast with her. She used to make us a snack of cinnammon toast (butter, powered sugar and cinnamon) and load us up with Tang. Then, we'd play Old Maid until my mom came to get us. By the time she arrived, the sugar was sinking in and we were bouncing off the walls for the next few hours. While my mother probably didn't appreciate the sugar loading, Dan and I loved it!

That's the preface to the video below. I'm assuming that this is one of those moments for Colin. While at my parent's yesterday, my mom was frosting a confirmation cake. Afterward, Colin won the lottery....

Arn't Grandma's just great at paying forward everything their mothers did to their kids?

My mom loves to give Grant everything he wants...PB&j at every meal, extra servings of brownie or ice cream, you name it.

Colin really looks like he is enjoying that spatula, though...

the lotto indeed. I love how he finally ditches the index finger method & just goes for it!
